Senior Management

Fırat Temel joined Naturelgaz in 2014. Previously, he has over 30 years of management experience in global oil companies such as Mobil Oil, BP/Castrol, Total Oil, Liqui Moly and Gulf Oil. Temel holds a BE in Shipbuilding and Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Nevin Ertuğrul joined Naturelgaz in 2013. Ertuğrul has over 30 years of financial management experience, including 13 years in telecommunications and 12 years in the automotive industry. Ertuğrul holds a BA in Finance from Istanbul University.

Serhat Uludağ joined Naturelgaz in 2015. Previously, he held various management roles at Axpo Energy and GDF Suez, and has extensive experience in domestic and international energy and gas trade. Uludağ holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Washington University and MSc in Engineering Management from University of Missouri.

Timuçin Yalçın has joined Naturelgaz in 2023. He started his professional career at Garanti Bank in 2005 and continued at the same organizastion until 2020. Afterwards, he had worked in managerial HR roles at CMS Light Alloy Wheels, Sabancı University and finally ISS Turkey. Yalçın, has a bachelor’s degree from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of International Relations.

Samet Kan joined Naturelgaz in 2016. Previously, he produced different projects in the automotive industry for 4 years and participated in the Team Activity event organized by Toyota in Belgium in 2015 to present these projects. Kan has a bachelor’s degree from Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering.

Harun Arslan joined Naturelgaz in 2021. Previously, he has more than 20 years of management experience in middle and senior management positions in the Financial Affairs departments of companies in the audit, tourism, aluminum, furniture and textile industries. Arslan is a graduate of Marmara University, Department of Business Administration and holds SMMM and CMB-Corporate Governance Rating Licenses.

Satı Canbol joined Naturelgaz in 2013. Canbol has more than 17 years of experience in different fields such as Sales, Investments, Dealership Affairs and Credit Risk departments, 8 of which are in the fuel industry. Canbol has a bachelor’s degree (second in the department) from Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Department of Statistics, and a mMBA certificate from Istanbul Technical University.

Oğuzhan Taçkın joined Naturelgaz in 2023. Taçkın, a lawyer registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, previously worked in leading offices and companies. Especially; he focuses on corporate law, energy law, mergers and acquisitions, competition and capital markets law. In addition to his background, he also has various articles published in these fields. Taçkın graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and is currently working on his thesis on competition law and mergers and acquisitions at the Institute of Social Sciences of the same university. Taçkın is also mediator.
