Mehmet Kutman, who is among the founding partners of Global Yatırım Holding A.Ş., the controlling shareholder of Naturelgaz, serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager at Global Investment Holdings, and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in various subsidiaries of the Group. Kutman is actively participating in business development activities at the company level and also is Chairman of the Board. He is member of TÜSİAD (Turkish Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association). Before founding Global Investment Holdings in 1990, Kutman worked in the senior management of Net Holding A.Ş., a Turkish group of companies operating in the tourism and real estate industris, between 1989 and 1990. Kutman was also a member of the North Carolina National Bank, Sexton Roses Inc. from 1984-1989. and Philip Bush & Associates as Vice President. Mehmet Kutman holds a bachelor’s degree (honors) from Boğaziçi University and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Serdar Kırmaz is a Member of the Board of Directors at Global Investment Holdings Inc., the controlling shareholder of Naturelgaz. Kırmaz was appointed as a member of the Naturelgaz Board of Directors with the decision of the Board of Directors dated 12.12.2012, and this appointment was approved by the General Assembly dated 28.01.2013. Since then, Kırmaz has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, and he also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors during these dates.

Serdar Kırmaz served as the Finance Group President and Member of the Board of Directors at Doğan Group between 2007-2010, at Global Investment Holdings between 2005-2007 and at STFA Group between 1999-2005. He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Turkey in 1988, became a Partner in 1996, and provided consultancy services to various Turkish companies between 1997-1999. Kırmaz graduated from Middle East Technical University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Erol Göker, one of the founding partners of Global Yatırım Holding A.Ş., the controlling shareholder of Naturelgaz, has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Global Yatırım Holding A.Ş. He continues to serve as a Board Member. Mr. Göker was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of Naturelgaz with the General Assembly dated 15.05.2019 and has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of Naturelgaz since then. Göker is also a member of TÜSİAD, in addition to his duties on the boards of directors of various Group companies and important committees affiliated with Borsa İstanbul.

Having started to work as the General Manager of Global Securities, which he founded in 1990, Mr. Göker still continues his duty as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Prior to the establishment of Global Investment Holdings Inc. in 1990, Göker worked as the Head of Capital Markets Department at Net Holding A.Ş. Previously, he served for four years in the Capital Markets Board and four years in the Tax Inspection Board of the Ministry of Finance. Erol Göker holds a BA in Political Science and a MA in Economics from Ankara University.

Mehmet Ali Deniz works as Strategy and M&A Director̈ at Global Investment Holdings Inc., the controlling shareholder of Naturelgaz. Mr. Deniz was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of Naturelgaz with the General Assembly dated 24.06.2021 and has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of Naturelgaz since then.

Mehmet Ali Deniz worked as an Analyst at Interbank between 1995-1997, Investment Banking Manager at Global Menkul Değerler A.Ş. He assumed the duties of Development Manager. Working as Managing Partner at RA Invest A.S between 2009-2011, Before joining Global Investment Holdings Inc. in 2014, Deniz served as the CEO of Soma Metallic Maden İşletmeleri A.Ş. between 2011 and 2014. Mehmet Ali Deniz has a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and MBA degrees from Bilkent University and completed the Global Leadership Program at Yale University in 2017. Mehmet Ali Deniz, who has international experience in the fields of strategy, business development, corporate finance, capital markets and project finance, in different industries, has been serving as the Vice President of the Turkey-Greece Business Council within the body of DEİK (Foreign Economic Relations Board) since 2019.

Having studied at Bilkent University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration and Economics with a full scholarship, Mr. Bostancı holds a bachelor’s degree from the Department of Economics (2000), a master’s degree in Banking and Finance from Leeds University (UK) Business School (2008), and a doctorate from Ankara University, Department of Business Administration, Accounting and Finance (2017).

Mr. Bostancı, Specialist at the Capital Markets Board (2001-2010), Deputy General Manager of Boru Hatları ve Petrol Taşıma A.Ş. (2010-2012), Member of the Board of Directors at Başkent Doğal Gaz Dağıtım A.Ş. (2009- 2013) served as He is still a Member of the Board of Directors at MKK Gayrimenkul Bilgi Merkezi A.Ş. and Energy Markets Operations A.Ş. He has published books and articles in the fields of capital market law, finance and economics. He was elected as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors with the General Assembly dated 24.06.2021 and is still performing his duties.

After graduating from Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School in 1985, Mr. Karahan graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics in 1990, and started working at Hitit Securities in the same year. He worked in the Treasury and Finance Department of Türk Eximbank between 1992-1994, received an MBA degree from the NY Institute of Technology (Old Westbury) University between 1994-1998 and did an internship at Merrill Lynch Private Clientele Group in the same period, and later on Broadway Inc. He worked in for 2 years. Returning to Turkey in 1998, Mr. Karahan started his career at Demirbank’s Treasury Department and continued until 2004, when this bank was acquired by HSBC. During this period, he worked at the International Capital Markets, Treasury Sales and Derivatives desks, and in 2004, he worked as a partner and manager at Central Asian Financial Advisory Services (CAFAS) in Kazakhstan. During this period, he traded the risks and performance problems of Central Asian banks. Until 2008, when he lived in Kazakhstan, he worked as an investor, manager or consultant in different companies such as BASF Central Asia Construction Chemicals lnc, BetonAta (Çiments Francais/ltalcimenti Group), Galatafilm, through his partner BFV company. Karahan. He started his duty at EFT Turkey in 2008, again as a managing partner, and continued until 2012, when he sold his shares in the company. During this period, he actually traded electricity within the EFT, and served as the founder and 2nd Term Chairman of the Board of the Energy Trade Association (ETD), which was established with the initiative he started in 2009. Karahan, who chairs the Wholesale Markets, Organized Markets and Demand Side Participation Working Groups within ETD, is currently the Deputy Chairman of the ETD Board of Directors, the manager of Dragon Energy Financial Advisory Services, Turkey Energy Summit Presidency and Energy Markets Operations A.Ş. (EPİAŞ), Montel Foreks and Energy Pool Turkey as a Member of the Board of Directors. He was elected as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors with the General Assembly dated 24.06.2021 and is still performing his duties.
